- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was disappointed with service. Staff used to be so lovely. Last week my husband and I went into the shop with our dog to choose pet food. We usually go with a particular brand. But were told that another brand was better and that we had not been giving our dog the "good" food. The staff hard selling us a particular brand. Even said that our dog was spoilt. Quite. Condescending. The vet was over the top and excessive in her promotion of the brand of food. Cashier only spoke to my husband and did not even acknowledge me but said to me in the end that if my dog did not want to eat the dog food that I was spoiling her. In the wild dogs had no choice on what they ate. This was how she spoke to a customer. Very disappointed. I left feeling that we were crap fur parents. Am going to switch to the pet stock in cooper street even though it is further for us. We spend a lot of money at the shop and we should get decent serviceAbi BoseJanuary 15, 2017
